Depends on what currency/payment platform you prefer to end up with.  There https://www.aurumxchange.com/, they're at least as reputable as BitInstant, but I have no personal experience.  Looks like they can bank-wire it in USD, EUR, or GBP, but they have better rates if you want to go to other exchanges/payment processors.
