Why Mtgox haven't promote Bitcoinica liquidation process？

If you can get the refund, then you are most probably required to provide a lot of personal files, and get notarized at some Embassy.

MtGox responded to this in the Reddit chat. They said the lawyers have not verified their identity or something like that.

So have they provided the materials needed to verify the identity? Why not publish the process and information to the public since the bitcoins and US dollars in its account is indeed Bitcoinica users' private properties.
