Rock stable Monero mining rig configuration?

Hi guys

I have a 4 card sapphire Rx 480 nitro 8gb rig with 1200w PSU and old Mobo... My rig mines Monero with cgminer because claymore crashes within the hour if I use jukebox v4 BIOS... I mine cgminer and restart PC every hour.

Now I want to invest in a new 6gpu rig. Can somebody with a rock stable rig tell me what config he has and what miner to use. Also hashrate...

I know but most of them are for eth mining. And Monero mining is a bit different. My setup should run stable on eth but not on Monero

It was NOT built as miner, just a do it all main pc.

AsrockRack EP2C612 WS dual socket 2011-3 motherboard.
Two Xeon E5-2667 V3 ES cpu's.
64 gigs of Gskill Trident Z DDR4 3200 ram.
Two XFX 480 4 gig GPU's unmodded so far.
Phanteks Enthoo Pro case.....only nice reasonably priced case that I liked that can that can hold a SSI EEB size motherboard.
EVGA 750 G2 power supply.
Samsung 500 gig 850 Evo for Windows 10
Intel 240 GB ssd for Linux.
Two Cooler Master 212 Evo's

Mining Monero at ~2320 H/s
