what are some companies selling bitcoin for card payment?
what are cheapest option ? are they giving coins instantly after taking card payment ?

Coinbase (yes instantly after extensive KYC verification). Lots of paperwork and ID and documents and making sure the card is not phished. Other services probably available but they also do a lot of checking and checking checking... good thing they do this. Lots of scammers trying to defraud them. Lots and lots of them on this forum too, some making seemingly innocent inquiries about where to use their phished cards. |

I recomend coincorner.com , they do not require any documents at all for purchases under 100(maybe 200?) euro. Everything is automated and you get bitcoins in seconds. However, they do a automated "risk" check when you signup and if you trigger that you will be required to provide documents. So do not use a vpn/proxy when you signup. |

You didn't mention the country so this will make things a little harder for us but overall, I suggest using: - Coinbase
- BitPanda
- CoinHouse
- Cex.io
- CoinMama
The above services will ask you for ID verification, If you want something that doesn't require that then I recommend Virwox but you will have some limits to deal with (the limits increase over time from your first PAyPal & Skrill deposits) |

We do require ID, address verification and selfie during verification.
We do not do any SMS verification.
We explicitly describe the verification procedure prior to start of the process on initial page, so you can learn it and make a decision whether you wish to use our service or not.

I was happy when reading you accept VCC, but less when reading you need our id card, adress verification and selfie.
My ID card date is expired but the card is valid as my gov extented for 5 more years cards created before 20xx. Adress verification ok, i could easy to it. Selfie i don't see why you would need mine

I can Withdraw EUR ?VirWox EUR -> SEPA advcash fee 1 EURmin amount transfer EUR ?
Withdrawals to PayPal, Skrill, or bank account sometimes require a manual intervention and therefore may take a bit longer in this case.

When entering card data, you can be sure it is safe, as CEX.IO has a PCI DSS certificate. After the purchase, you can store BTC on CEX.IO or withdraw them to your wallet. Are you accepting SEPA transfers at Cex.io ? Because for exemple my bank let me do any SEPA transfer of course, but when the transfer is outside the SEPA zone, they charge me a fees. Not to say i need their authorization first LOL |
