i came into some money and i wanted to buy bitcoin with it but it kept getting more and more expensive so i couldn't buy as much as i wanted
luckily for me with ETF and the pre-ETF dump that happened yesterday price went down to levels that i couldn't have been possible otherwise.

what i did was to put some low bids because i was expecting this type of panic dump. and what do you know, they were all filled  Roll Eyes

now instead of having smaller amount of bitcoin i have about 25% more than i could have had if you guys didn't sell your coins to me the past days.

that is why i wanted to take this time to thank all of you who sold your coins to me and helped fill my orders.  Kiss

This is thread number 1000 about this ETF approval thing.
Why don`t we just shut up about that ETF and move on.
Congratulations that you bought some cheap bitcoins.
Now we can wait for the next btc speculation bubble to appear on the horizon. Grin

Someone is a little sore.  How many did you sell at the bottom?  Like it or not the community is still digesting the announcement.

The ETF decision was going to be bullish either way in the long term due to media exposure for bitcoin.  Yes, denial hurt the short term price, but we all knew that was a likely outcome since there are so many short term bitcoin traders who don't believe in the fundamentals.  Weak hands have sold out, we are grinding up and the leveraged shorts are building.  We may not go straight up from here, but if we do there will be a nice big short squeeze to put a cherry on top.

Good for you! It's nice to see easy gains like that for someone buying in. Now just hold forever and you're in for a treat. Luckily I wasn't one of the fools that panic sold based on one little piece of negative news. Is it even negative? Not really.

this discussion is logical to happen, IF it was approved we would still talk about this and the wine bottles would be all over ...now that is denied you want like you said: just shut up...

Before i continue i need point ( i already pointed that in the past ) that WE DO NOT need the ETF at all.

What we need is good grown and MORE acceptance and all the other will come.

But "just shut up" and continue maybe the answer, or learn from mistakes talk about them and continue ?

Is it even negative? Not really.

Sometimes when the market is expected to go high and it doesnt, you get a bunch of panic-selling.
Can definitely be a good time to make some investment if you are willing to take the chance.

Lucky you are , on getting the Bitcoin purchased on low, this was due to some sellers who had in view of Bitcoins to reach near $900 but now they are crying

yup, we are all happy about the dip. it was a bit scary at the time but when you are a long term holder instead of being a day trader who thrives on shorts, you never fear anything.
i haven't had the luck to buy any at the lowest lows this time but i had set some low bids that were filled and i am still glad.

it is always good to buy in the dips each month and transfer those funds to cold storage to hold.

Buying the dip...

Yeah yeah yeah.  The ETF thing is like the halving and a lot of other minor events in bitcoin history that get batted around like a tired, half-dead mouse.  This gentleman is happy about buying some bitcoin, so let us not piss all over his fire.  He's enthusiastic about it, so props to him.  We ought not discourage positivity around here, it is something that is sorely lacking.

Tired of a community plagued by negativity, FUD and short sighted ignorance? Then maybe we quit dumping on everyone who expresses a positive opinion. Yeah, he's bragging a bit, but don't we all want to feel that way?

Yeah right but don't expect a community not plagued by negativity mate since even the real word is plagued with negativity, corruption, FUDS and gossips here and there. So I won't expect a community here not plagued with negativity but I think it should be less after all this is bitcoin community after all but it can't be less because some just wants to earn profit by spreading FUDS that makes newbie believe and do what they want them to do.

The best thing about this news is that people who sold you their bitcoins probably just needed the liquidity, and therefore aren't really "losers" in that case. Always good to hear when someone new has gained bitcoins, welcome to the feeling of ownership!

Yes, threds about ETH approval annoy me as well. I think some users just have nothing else to talk about, that's why this topic appears over and over again.

It's ETF isn't it? Got Ethereum on the mind or something I am assuming. heh.
But yeah. It's old news now and should be dead and buried.
Solidx is the new thing to get any discussion about.

Discussion regarding etf is something good, because during halving everyone talks about halving as it's one of the major event of bitcoin network. Likewise is the etf, if it's accepted the things could have changed entirely with bitcoin. So considering it a major factor and starting discussion threads are good in my opinion.

I am really getting the creeps of this bubble though after the ETF disapproval the bitcoin seems to more stronger, I am expecting for the dump after the  disapproval but it just get lower and then get back where is used to. I think many users just dont care about ETF thats why.

Be ready to crash now I don't know why they
Might go up so now I look at my price that I
Sell and think maybe no so good but no so
Good buy now.
