About Joberr project

Joberr is maybe the first marketplace for tasks and services built on Ethereum blockchain as a decentralized platform that works very much like Fiverr.
People can sell/buy tasks and services using Ethereum as a payment method. As Ethereum network is becoming bigger and bigger, the need for such a service is more evident.
Ethereum smart-contract system helps us to implement an easy to use and secure transaction system that’s working on autopilot most of the time.
Joberr aims to be a fully transparent and open-source project.

How it works

Automatic transactions:
Joberr is fully developed on Ethereum platform and is able to use smart-contracts to automatically and safely complete transactions between sellers and buyers.

Selling tasks and services:
Anybody can sell tasks and services on Joberr and receive Ether as payment for the job. Posting your service will be an easy job as the platform will be fully categorized, easy to browse through and the there are only a few forms to complete. All sales are subject to 5% processing fee (compared to 20% on Fiverr). Sellers can also make their advertisements more visible by paying for extra promotions.

Buying tasks and services:
Buyers can find the task or service they need very easy, browsing through the categories or using a very simple quick search by specific keywords. A complete purchase is subject to 2% processing fee.

Reputation system:
Joberr is using a simple and easy to use reputation system based on the feedback score. After a complete transaction, buyer can leave negative or positive feedback for the seller that can help others when dealing with that person that can also express his thanks for a positive experience.

Buyer’s “guarantee”:
Buyers must pay in advance for the service into an Ethereum “escrow” contract. The seller will receive the payment only after the transaction is marked as complete by the buyer. Buyers can also have a good idea of what to expect from a seller based on the feedback he has acquired in the past.

Seller protection:
As buyers must pay in advance for a service, seller don’t need to worry about payments. Everything is done automatically through Ethereum smart-contracts, no third party involved.


Crowdsale

Originally we did not planned to have a crowdsale until the project was launched and fully working so that people can see and test it, afterwards making the choice if it’s worth to invest. Seeing how Ethereum gets bigger and bigger we decided to accelerate the development. Currently there are only 3 people working on the project and we can’t afford to hire more developers thus we decided to split the crowdsale in two stages. The Stage I crowdsale is taking place before the project completion to raise funds so that we can hire more developers. Stage II crowdsale (the main one) will take place only after the project is completed, tasted and fully working on the mainnet.

How to participate?

== A unique Ethereum address is associated to your ICO account which keeps track of your investment;
== Send Ether or REP to the unique Ethereum address associated to your ICO account;
== You can send Ether or REP to your ICO account from any wallet, exchange or mining pool;
== Stage I crowdsale is capped to 50,000 USD. The crowdsale status is updated hourly;
== Do not send Ether or REP after the crowdsale ended. If you manage to send Ether or REP over the maximum limit because of the one hour delay for status updates, you’ll be asked to provide an Ethereum address in your ICO account for refund.

Note: the unsold Joberr Tokens from Stage I crowdsale will be available at Stage II crowdsale for 2 USD / Joberr Token;


Joberr’s main stream of revenue:

• Revenue generated from transaction processing fees;
• Revenue generated from premium fees;
• Revenue generated from banner ads;

Joberr Token holders

The total revenue is split between the Joberr team and crowdsale participants as follow:

• Joberr Token holders will receive: 50% from net profit (0.0002% per Toekn);
• Joberr team will receive: 50% from net profit;
• Total Joberr Tokes available (Stage I + Stage II): 250.000 Tokens;

There will be no Joberr Tokes distributed to Joberr team, the 50% from net profit will be automatically transferred into a multi-signature smart-contract, fully transparent and verifiable. The other half will be automatically distributed to Joberr Toke holders.

- We do not guarantee a continuous revenue for Joberr Toke holders;
- Revenue is distributed to Joberr Toke holders on a monthly basis;
- Exchanges will not receive revenue for Joberr Tokens deposited by traders;
- Any problem on Ethereum protocol may have a negative impact on Joberr project;

Questions and answers

Q. When is Joberr going to be released?
A. We are planning to release the platform for tests and security audits in October 2017.

Q. When will tokens be distributed?
A. Joberr Tokens will be distributed only after the completion of Stage II crowdsale;

Q. What happens with the unsold tokens?
A. One Joberr Tokens is worth a fixed amount in revenue, the unsold tokens will be destroyed but the percentage from revenue allocated to the unsold tokens will go to Joberr Team;

Q. How is the revenue calculated?
A. Let’s assume that Joberr Project is generating 100.000 ETH net profit in one year. Joberr Toke holders will receive 0.0002% from 100.000 ETH (0.2 ETH) for each Joberr Token;

Q. Will Joberr Tokens be tradable?
A. Yes, Joberr Tokens will be created on Ethereum blockchain and can be transferred and traded freely;

Q. Will Joberr Tokens be available on exchanges?
A. We will do our best to have Joberr Tokens available on as many exchanges as possible after launch, the community can also help by submitting requests to exchanges;

Q. Where can I find the source-code for the project?
A. The source-code will be uploaded on github as soon as the project is ready for tests and security audits;

- Don't use the same password that you are using on your Twitter account for better security;

Terms:
- The follower base must be relevant to crypto community;
- Spamming accounts are not accepted;
- Send a maximum of 3 tweets/retweets per day. Spamming to earn more Tokens is not accepted;

Bounty claims:

Originally we had no plan to start a crowdsale without a fully working project.
Yes, it may be a bad idea to announce the crowdsale right before the day it starts but we have no other option at this moment. A 1-2 months preannouncement was not possible.
The stage 1 crowdsale is very limited, with a relatively small maximum cap. to only cover our current needs (to hire more developers), and not affect the main crowdsale at the same time.
A full fledged crowdsale will take place after the project is up and running.

Actually I like your bold likes statement about attention massege of joberr crowdfund!  Nowadays most of the announcement only carrying best possible promissory vission. After funding period everything take U-turn from initial statement!
Anyway, I'm not sure how far you guys will get by stage 1 crowdfund. But pretty sure you guys will have tough journey to overcome for gaining funding from here!
The interesting fact is everything has easy oltarnative as well. An escrow for holding the funds certainly help the project being fluorised!

Ethlance is more of a freelance marketplace focusing more on one time projects, employers searching employees, etc.
Joberr is going to work exactly like Fiverr, where anybody can sell micro-jobs for a small fee (translations, paintings, composing songs, writing, etc).

I hope that we can succeed. I can't see how an Escrow will help since we need the funds before the project launches, so there is still no guarantee for investors.
If the Escrow would be to keep the funds until the project launches, the Stage I crowdsale would have no point at all.

That doesn't help very much. It's unlikely You'll get a lot of investors because No one actually knows about your project and no one will invest in any project they know nothing of. The right way should be announcing your project to the community & giving them heads up that You'd be holding an ICO to fund your project.

Showing up the day before the crowdsale doesn't say much, really.
