What Hash Rate should i be getting on a HD4870 XFX version?

Im Using BFGminer/GUIminer and only getting about 22Mhash. Ive not changed any of the default setting on any of the miners.

My PC is on all day anyway so im not bothered about cost to run.

My specs are :-

Intel Core2Duo E8400 3Ghz
Radeon HD4870 XFX
4GB Ram
Windows 7 x86

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Can you identify which model is yours from the website, if so, try using the suggested flags.
