Hi Brother , Your account not full verified , if you register 3 hours ago , waiting monday or tuesday . amazon usually takes several hours to several days to charge your account. if the funds on the card unsuccessful charge, your account will be frozen for a while and need some additional documents,
although the funds on the card just enough to charge $ 1, but some cards are not succeeding in charge by amazon web service. should wait 1 or 2 days to ensure
