The mods or admins for Bitcointalk do not get involved in being an arbitrator in transaction disputes. All you can really do is voice your accusation, and leave the offender negative trust. Unfortunately, "scamming" people is not really an offense that will get someone banned on bitcointalk.

You want the attention from other users who will leave the scammer negative trust (you should aswell) if they find the proof provided by you to be conclusive.
Some of us are actively browsing the scam accusation board every now and then to do so.
Bumping your thread several times within hours or other things are not going to get you any more attention, but rather might get people annoyed of what you're doing.
You made the scam accusation, now give it time and see what happens.

Well we got scammed every day that's the life of a bitcoin user but really you must gather the evidence and send it to the admins so that they will have to ban the that who scammed you also next time don't trust some people that you don't really know even though they give you small amount of money just to earn their trust because i have been their and lost my wallet and my bitcointalk account and i haven't got any evident

Well we got scammed every day that's the life of a bitcoin user but really you must gather the evidence and send it to the admins so that they will have to ban the that who scammed you also next time don't trust some people that you don't really know even though they give you small amount of money just to earn their trust because i have been their and lost my wallet and my bitcointalk account and i haven't got any evident

Like other users have already said: the admins don't get involved in scam attempts...
