Salary will be a fixed one arround 300-400$ and a commision salary up to 25%, arround 2000-3000$/month if you are doing a good job.

Well if you don't reach the targets for 2 weeks consecutive i will fire you.

Ok so I need people for India, China and Nigeria.

Salary at every week.

That's a common thing in marketing world, which without that, then you won't get motivated to reach your target.
