I have $85 paypal (verified) and want to buy BTC. You should send first then I send the PayPal funds to your account. I will be sending as friends and family.

These guys are so desperate... so very desperate to steal bitcoins to fill their bellies with food that they will brazenly demand here that "you should send the bitcoins first and then I send the PayPal funds" (send first AND a reversible payment follows)

Sad.

Oh and of course no escrow. Using escrow kills the chance to scam.
