Bitcoin Minecraft Casino Investment

Hi, as some of you may know I have been trying to implement cryptocurrency into the gaming industry and now I have an idea to create a Bitcoin Minecraft casino using an already established Bitcoin Casinos API. Its not suppose to be used for Minecraft but it can be done and with using this API there is no need for my casino to have a bankroll because we will be using the other Bitcoin casinos bankroll and we will receive a commission from the Bitcoin put into the casino. I am asking you all to invest in this new casino by buying shares from a colored coin stock that I will be creating for this casinos stock. There will be a total of one million shares at a price of 100 Satoshi each for a total of 1 Bitcoin. The one million shares will represent 100% of the company and I will not be selling all one million shares of course but I will be selling at least 250,000 if anyone is willing to buy. I do not need much because I will be hiring someone cheap that I know to do the work of putting the API into the server and making the games and then there will be costs of hosting which will not be that much.
