I tried several amdocl.dll, using phoenix miner and Catalyst 13.3 beta to test performance. And I got these results:

190 M/hash - OpenCL 1.1 AMD-APP (595.10) Catalyst 11.4
191 M/hash - OpenCL 1.1 AMD-APP (684.213) SDK 2.5
191 M/hash - OpenCL 1.1 AMD-APP (793.1)
213 M/hash - OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (923.1)
211 M/hash - OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1084.4) Catalyst 13.1 beta
210 M/hash - OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1124.2) Catalyst 13.3 beta (BFI_INT can't be enabled here).

NOTE: I used a 6770 to make tests, but the boost seems to works for all cards (tested on 7770, 7750, 6850 and 7950).

DOWNLOAD OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (923.1) amdocl.dll:
http://depositfiles.org/files/b913fcigw

Code:
HOW TO INSTALL:

1) Close the miner and GPU Caps Viewer (if you use it).

2) Copy the downloaded file to:
Windows 64 bits: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Windows 32 bits: C:\Windows\System32

3) Replace.

Optional:
Make a backup of your amdocl.dll file.
Optional 2: Use GPU Caps Viewer (http://www.ozone3d.net/gpu_caps_viewer/) to see the OpenCL version installed (go to "OpenCL" tab and choose your device).

Let me know if it's working. We should test the 831.4 version, if somebody has it, please upload it. Happy boost.

Win8x64, CGMiner 2.11.4, Gigabyte 7970 GHz Edition, 1200/1050, 13.1 driver, CGMiner defaults for kernel, worksize, and vectors, with I:9.

I normally get 722MH/s with 13.1 and the included (1084.4).
I just tried your 923.1, and I drop to 712MH/s.

Remember, what's ideal in one situation might not be ideal for every situation. One single factor can change your outcome. In this case, using a 6xxx card (which is really a rebadged 5xxx card) is going to require totally different software settings to maximize performance compared to a 7xxx card.

Just plain crashes my miner when I replace the file, I think I need amdoc64.dll too for this to work, if I would see a boost.
