I see a bunch of Antminers on Amazon for around 150$ id need to buy the power supply, I also dont pay for power where im staying. Should I invest?

I think given your current circumstance, it is high time to invest now. It is because one of the reasons mining is expensive is because of its electricity costs. Since you have mentioned you need not pay for electricity or power consumption, it is best to do critical thinking now about investing. Otherwise, you will lose a business opportunity at this point in time.

For the ETH, it is better to buy the coins directly. It will become PoS later.

If you don't pay for power then you should buy some miners, I'd suggest GPU and point them at nicehash to get bitcoin, just because I don't know how long it would take to mine $150 with the obsolete miner you're looking at but yeah if you have the time and power costs are zero eventually you'll mine $150 worth of Bitcoin with pretty much any old antminer.

150 $ that you spend to buy a power supply may be replaced by the investment you make, maybe everyone knows about the world of crypto. Mining and investing is something that can make us a millionaire
