Not trying to discuss Dash/Monero. Holding both. Like both.

Also holding PIVX. PIVX price went up a lot recently, so divested a little, and bought some CloakCoin and ShadowCash. Tempted to buy Zcoin, but pretty nervous about distribution model (a lot of supply still to come).

Looking to focus my investments mostly on privacy/anonymous focused crypto. Anyone found any new tech that looks promising?

Anyone got any thoughts on any of the crypto I listed.

I recently went onto Coinbase and had to upload my ID AND identify where I was sending the crypto. Time to get out of BTC and into something that cannot be tracked.

From these I like cloak the most..unlike others it does not use master nodes so everyone can contribute to the network not just bag holders. + master nodes are not fully decentralized, they can still be hacked and spill all the history, where as with cloak you don't have to trust anyone, everyone can be a node..and SDC consists of old cloak members that were part of the scam so F%$^K them tbh..and their whole thing failed as transactions can still be tracked..so with all of this Cloak is my clear winner...enigma to rule the anon coins, apparently it will be open source in the near future

So the reason I bought into PIVX is because the combination of the masternode system (Dash) and the Zerocoin protocol (http://zerocoin.org/), will make it extremely strong/secure in privacy structure.
PIVX price has not nuts recently.

Also why I like Zcoin.

You can check for some famous coins, with a reliable market volume, then just ask them if they use the zerocoin protocol. It had been made for this, to ensure privacy of transactions, then you can run your wallet/node on a tor network. you have many options to stay under the hood, depending on the protocol used by the coin, you can check these in the source repository.

Always check some infos befor choosing a coin :

- zerocoin protocol implementation
- market cap
- volume over 1 month minimum
- general position of people regarding the coin

You shall be ok then.

CLOAKCOIN tech is best as wallet as fastest and 100% anonymous and even getting rewards by participate in ENIGMA and also staking so nice and its not like DASH depends on master nodes trust and can not trust even 50% because anything can happen with master nodes attacks and CLOAK is 1000% untraceable

Pfftx, Dash and the rest are just glorified clones of each other...i'm putting my 5 cents on cloak, unique, simple and already developing into a coin that can be trusted in the long run. Think the Blockpay partnership is also worth mentioning and taking note of. You guys can make your own decisions and support whichever you like..I know who I'm supporting Wink  to add to that, pure pos is the future, we are not doing earth any favors with mining and high electricity usage..

No transaction is processed by a single masternode. You'd need to hack most of them to unconver the transaction. I don't think of Dash as the anonymous coin because the real point in its movement now is mainstream day to day transactions like regular money. I couldn't care less if it's not the best for privacy

I am not familiar with Cloakcoin and SDC but I recall fishy stuff with SDC. ZCL/ZEN, XZC, and PivX are the ones that will be rising up and competing with XMR for the anonymous space. PivX is working to implement Zerocoin which is really neat

What are you basing this information on? Are you expecting a BTC drop or is it purely just to hide your holdings?

Everybody else who is just posting which coin they like, why not justify it with some facts. I myself like PIVX, but am having issues with the wallet.

Stratis Tumblebit is for anonymous Bitcoin transactions.  You can't really top that.  It's a good time to start picking up some Stratis because everyone who can afford to will be wanting to buy them up to run their own masternodes and get a piece of the action which is 1% tumbling fees paid out in Bitcoins.

Take a look at deeponion. Another anonymous coin using the TOR network for absolute invisible transactions.
Dont read all the FUD about the coin. It's users that was banned from the airdrop because they tried to cheat, and now they are mad and spread FUD.

The privacy coins are the best for long-term holding. Crypto people care about anonymity on the Internet. And so they will soon buy these coins to make transactions and just keep their funds. In a few years the cost of private coins will increase in many times for sure.

To anonymized my dealing with cryptocurrencies I use to work with “privatesend” that relying on CoinJoin. This way I use for my operations with Dash. I am fully confident in security of my data.
