Biostar TB85 & Asrock H81 - 6th GPU Causes BSOD During Windows Startup

I need some guidance on 2 rigs I am working on. Rig 1 is using Asrock H81 BTC and Rig 2 is using Biostar TB85.
Both rigs has the same issue when the 6th GPU is installed.

Hardware
Biostar TB85 Motherboard / Asrock H81 BTC.
Sapphire RX 480 8GB Nitro+ x 6 units.
4/8 GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair AXi 1500W PSU.
GPU Bios Un-mod.
All GPU's riser runs on 2 connection per molex from PSU (PSU has 3x rails of molex connector).
Motherboard's molex connection are powered with 2 separate SATA to molex rails from PSU.
Bios PCIE all sets to "Gen 1".
Windows 10 OS with Crimson ReLive Edition 17.2.1

As soon as 6th GPU is installed, Windows won't boot and goes BSOD. 5x GPUs runs smoothly without any issue.
BSOD Error Message : "Attempted Execute Of NoExecute Memory".

What I Have Tried So Far and Failed
Swap "confirmed" working GPUs & risers (I have extra GPUs and riser).
Run only 5 GPUs but plug 5th GPU to PCI-E 6th Port.
Remove molex additional power to motherboard.
Swap with another Coolermaster V1200w PSU.
Switched GPU to silent bios.
Tried latest Radeon Relive Driver 17.3.1
Run with all GPU modded bios bootstrapping 1625 memory timing (Bios signature patched).
Uninstall Radeon driver and let Windows 10 generic RX480 driver install itself. It ran well until 6th card where when it attempt to install the driver and the Windows goes  BSOD again.

What does your BSOD say or mention? It usually tells you what caused it, if it's the AMD drivers, you'll see mention of a file like ati####.sys or something.

What I would do: DDU and install an older driver by going through the device manager and pointing your first card to the driver file (don't use the ATI/AMD gui program). I'm using v. 21.19.164.257 from the 23.11.2016. Works like a charm.

Second, I'd swap my ram modules for another one. More often than not, a faulty RAM module will cause various problems.

Third, deactivate every component in your BIOS: sound, serial and LAN. I have an asrock (not a btc pro) where I needed to turn the LAN off in order to get the 6th card working.

Have you set the virtual memory to 16GBs? Also, I believe 16.3 drivers are the best for 480s at the moment.

If you use the stock bios, does it have the same problem?

-plug all your card with powered risers
-make sure ur bios settings is ok
-unplug your ethernet cable
-fresh install win 10 / 64 bit
-install only INF driver ver:10.1.1.8 or newer , you dont need anything else
-make sure u are disabling windows automatic driver update

- and all another windows 10 updates if you perefer

-reboot ur rig
-set virtual memory to 16GB or more

-dont use Crimson Edition ReLive Graphics Driver , download older amd driver on another computer , then transfer to your new rig
( non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.11.3-nov8 , non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.11.5-nov25 or older)
-hit install the driver , dont install the audio driver , you dont need it at  all
-from this point wait ... you have to wait sometimes 10-15 minutes , ur screen maybe flickering , going black for a few minutes , dont turn it off the pc , just wait ... windows is working in the background installing driver for your cards
-if everything was ok , you get a notification , driver installed successfully , make sure u are un marking the automatically update or download driver option in the notification pop-up from amd
-Reboot your pc
-plug back your ethernet cable

Running 2 risers from 1 cable ( 1 psu outlet - 1 cable - 2 or 4 molex connector )is perfectly fine with Corsair AXi 1500W PSU

I have run into this exact problem as well.  Running AsRock H81 BTC pro 2.0, and I've got some Biostar TB85s coming in next week as well  

Any solutions?

Theres realy not a lot of PSU's out there that have 6x sata/molex connectors, usualy there is just 2 or 3.
What PSU's did u have in mind?

Would this be ok? 4x sata + 2x perf?

try to remove the 6th card and check if it's will work, sometimes wrong bios for wrong memory don't make the pc boot, my point is maybe one of your cards you have updated with wrong bios or something so to check that, remove 1 card randomly 2 times and check if it's will work as 5 gpu, if it's worked then the problem will be in your motherboard and i think u will have to install the new bios maybe

Any updates on this OP? I am having the same problem with the 6th card. Strangely, 5x rx 480 and 1x 280x works fine. When I add the 6th rx 480 (in place of the 280x) I get the blue screen.

Are they BIOS moded?

No, but I solved the problem. I was using the wrong peripheral connectors to power the risers.  I was using the SATA connectors (which had always forked for my previous 280x rigs) when I should have been using the molex.
