I think my collateral is cover just the theme price is cost me ~ 60$ https://www.........I know my website is new just 6 months and make a little profit but I think it worth more than 0.04

No,that is fine but the problem starts when it comes to transferring your website to the lender.You can easily claim the website back from the company by providing the legit details.The company doesn't know your inner trade of the website/domain and they will kindly give website back to you.Escrow wouldn't help this case either.
