Baikal Mini not working

Buy a Baikal Mini and finally arrived yesterday but after configuring it does not work correctly, the message "Miner DOWN" appears and it does not work. I have two other Baikal Mini and both, with the same configuration, work correctly.

I have tried one solution I've seen in the forum and I bought another SD and reinstalled the OS, but it still does not respond.

I have tried contacting technical support both by Skype and by email and I do not receive any response. The truth is that I feel cheated right now, because it looks like they are ignoring my problem.

If someone has had a similar problem and has been able to solve it in some way, let me comment.

The orginal Software Image on the sd card is 3.9 GB!  I have install the New Software Image from baikal miner.com but you need a bigger sd card the New Image have 8.2 GB!  This has worked for me

ot: afaik the 4gb image is newer


you can check the miner output when you open the terminal, login, sudo su, and execute screen -r

this will show you the sgminer instance and might tell you what the problem is, in general a sd reflash as suggested above fixes 99% of all errors

i used dd image tool for that (linux) and win32 disk imager (windows), worked like a charm
