Just joined BIPS because I was up to my own silly tricks, and they stole 1 BTC off me  Sad This is how it happened: I signed up and transferred 1 BTC (worth a lot in my opinion) from mtgox using these special codes what made it all look right professional, I waited several hours for the coin to come through, then, just five minutes ago, when I went back to their site https://bips.me/signin/reset/password it says I'm logged out. After trying to log in several times, checking passwords, using the reset function to try and get in with a new password only to find it doesn't work, I conclude this site is a thieves den, just like many others, and they just stole 1 BTC from me. I am angry but used to this sort of crap. Again and again, don't use the other sites, stick to gox and btc-e if you want to be safe?..

just five minutes ago, when I went back to their site https://bips.me/signin/reset/password it says I'm logged out.

instead of after 5 minutes getting paranoid and writing a post claiming thief id advise you to go here

https://bips.me/contact

and contact them

if no positive result after 48 hours, then allow the standard paranoia people would feel after not having access to their coins to begin.

(reasonable time to expect a response from any business whether online or bricks & mortar)

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

I conclude

Shoot first, ask questions later.

It is still the weekend in Europe where Bips.me is based.

Please change the title for now to at least.  Give them a chance to look into it before blasting out what I am most certain will be something that will be addressed properly.

I recommend changing this misleading and slanderous title of this thread immediately. You lost your password plain and simple. Calling it a scam is sensationalist and outright false. We are the same people who brought you WalletBit and are not going anywhere.

So apparently you signed up with Google as far as I can see, correct me if I'm wrong, therefore BIPS reset password will of cause not work, since we cannot reset your Google account password. So to sign in again, go to https://bips.me/signin and click "with Google"

I though this information would be useful information for everyone viewing this thread, since it was a very "misleading and slanderous title" as Adam so kindly said.

Regarding your deposit, please respond to the answered ticket in BIPS helpdesk.

Regards

The "officially" part is the best really. 78 posts, unheard of name, makes official statements from the High Office of Bitcoin Officialdom. I guess the only way to describe all this is "epic".

Been a while since we heard from TheDarKnight in BIPS helpdesk. So I figure he fixed whatever was wrong.

Can someone change the title of this thread, or simply remove it...

You could report this post to a mod and see if they would be willing to move it to the scammer accusations section.
