Not sure about advertising per say, but you can find others in the community on Twitter and Reddit. Other than that, you can go on coinmarketcap, find a coin, then look at the message boards for each one. Many point back to here, but some are other forums entirely.

You have a few bitcoin related advertising networks like a-ads, and you can buy ads directly in a lot of very popular bitcoin websites like blogs and faucets.

Search engine advertising targeting bitcoin related searches also a good choice.

Not sure other place is good rather than this forum (reddit can be considered). In this forum the traffic of active people so crowded, you can advertise any crypto related stuff(goods, digital goods, even new altcoin).

It all depends on what you are advertising but if it's crypto related then you'd want to keep it to crypto related sites.
You could try buying ad space on quite a few sites (but bear in mind that the bigger sites with wider audiences will be a little more costly).

coinmarketcap.com
coinwarz.com
coinmarketcap.com
coindesk.com
99bitcoins.com

As well as many other crypto news related sites.
Alternatively you could try buying ad space on Reddit which are focussed on certain subs. And as others have mentioned, various crypto related forums too.

It really depends on what kind of crypto related stuff you're talking about.
If it's some kind of freebie stuff, faucets may do the trick and it's dirt cheap.

Anything else, you'd probably want to advertise at some news websites, or just buy some keywords through adwords or Facebook advertising.
You don't have to look at Bitcoin-exclusive advertising, adwords is still very good!

Depends on what do you want to advertise.Social media is one of the best and cheapest if not free mode of advertising to target customers.
You can also choose any good ad platform and there are some good bitcoin ad networks. I have seen people even using adsense to promote their crypto business these days.

Don't know a free service: mellowads is pretty low in terms converting traffic, in my experience, but their free service can get you good exposure (provided your service and ad are pretty unique). It's a simple faucet-style daily claim, a click a day is enough for a free day's worth of network campaign.

It depends what you're trying to advertise and who your target market is.

For getting Bitcoin Talk users, I think Theymos does an auction for advertising space on this website every few weeks. You could also start and manage your own signature campaign, getting people to put your site in their signature and paying them for every post they make.

If you wanted to get the attention of people new to cryptocurrency, maybe you could get your advert up on a faucet that gives people free Bitcoin every few hours.

You need to know your budget, your target, your goal. Then you can try to buy ads on crypto related websites.
Or can write articles about your service and try to publish them online. Ask bloggers to write about your service.
Use social media, community services, or even try some more advanced strategy: you could get a hand on email lists of crypto users.

Disagree with this one, you should stay well clear of buying email addresses. Firstly there's no guarantee that the addresses are real, but most importantly people hate spam. It could bring a lot of negative publicity to your "crypto related stuff" and permanently tarnish your brand image. If you really wanted to do something with email, you should be responsible and only email users that have explicitly given you permission to do so.

That's a normal thing when it comes to advertisement but that's annoying when you will send email marketing blast or avail this type of service. I want to suggest try to hire some article writers or blog writers they will be a great help to promote anything you want to advertise as long as you will have a good deal and terms of payment.
