I don't think its right place to ask. I heard about it before, but its some alt-coin like many others so not worth my time and it should be not worth your time also. Its probably worth like 0.1$.
Don't change your interest in bitcoin for like minor-amateur projects.

Don't use it. Hold it. Like all physical crypto coins, the coin is worth more than just the crypto it holds because it is collectible.

If you don't want to keep it you can sell it in different exchanges. Monero is an untraceable type of currency so its value should continue to grow up with the passing of time, holding it might be a good idea who knows.

Not sure, since Monero has an infinite issuance, unlike most of other cryptocurrencies.

But physical coins usually have a limited series Tongue  So maybe one day his coin will be super rare,

Infinite issuance when the universe is dead.  At any future moment in time, no matter how far, there is a finite amount of coins in circulation.  Like every other coin.

if for real monero you mean a phisical coin, it's better to keep it, might have a very good value as a collectable item, but if not and you mean one monero coin, i would rather sell for profit, current value can have you 0.01x btc in your wallet, not bad for me
