error launching parity on windows 10 64bit

i have problem using parity with mist.
i get this error launching parity:

all works fine with parity 1.5.3...
until i had need to send TIME (chronobank) tokens contract.
sending tiokens, I get error messages...
so, i try to update with newer version...
but neither 1.5.4 and 1.6.3 run fine!!!

damn!!! so many problem running ETH!!!

I have the exact same problem (windows 10, 64bit), i'm using the most recent version to this date (1.6.. Did you resolve the problem?

Maybe chronobank has updated the new version, is there any progress later after update? Can it be profitable in sales

You are goddamn right! I struggled two days to see my ETH in my Mist wallet. Turns out to be that I was not mining enough to show up.... Duh...

And have the same error with parity.
