What is the quickest way to be able to post outside of "Newbies"

Its annoying but I wouldn't call it heavy. Heavy to me would be 100 posts 50 hours.

If you have a legit business need and have something valuable to offer the community you can post in the whitelist thread on the newbie board to speed things up.
