trade4btc just tried to scam me for $823

Thread :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1828081.0

Scammer profile:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=969682

He claimed to have sent 0.82 Bitcoin to monbux for escrow but lied.  The coins have moved a few times now.

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

Okay, i can confirm it.

I send the 0.82 btc to monbux and he can release it to you after you have paid.

1 btc at the moment on coindesk.com: $1.249,84

So please send me 1.249,84 (1btc) x0,82 (amount) x0,98 (rate-2%) = $823,5 to that skrill: kammerer.mark@yahoo.com
Important, if you pay not in USD, skrill will charge me with 1,99% FX fee, so in that case, you have to add +2%.
Please also say if you sent it to inform monbux to release the btc to you.

Thanks!

OK.

I will inform monbux when its here, and he will release you the btc.

Please pay the amount to kammerer.mark@yahoo.com at the moment its not here.
We only can send 5 message/hour so its easier to talk in mail, just drop me a mail when you received the mail and paid: tradewithbtc@gmail.com

I will also inform monbux to release the btc to you.

Thanks.

Someone ban this scammer.

His skrill address needs tagging because he will try again

This guy gets red flagged then immediately starts a new account and tries his luck again with a slightly different wording.

Well when scammers run out of ideas... They turn escrows themselves. LOL.

Just make sure that when you deal with anyone on this forum you use a trusted escrow(monbux, SebastianJu etc. etc.), and make sure that you actually have a message sent to you directly from the escrow.

Don't accept anything less than that, do not accept a quoted text from the escrow as it is probably fake.
