All the games i won in the cloudbet casino roulette was not updated in my account. I chatted with the casino support and they said the fault is not from them but from my main operator, which is cloudbet that i should contact cloudbet, they evn gave me the games ID and everything i need to make cloudbet credit my account, but when i contacted cloudbet, they said they will get across to their casino support and get back to me but for a long period of time they refused to credit my account and they don't even reply my messages. Stay away from cloudbet, i am using them because bet365 doesn't accept bitcoin and neteller is not easy to exchange to my local currency. Cloudbet has the worst support on earth.

I would suggest not using the bitcoin casinos who have anything to do with third party providers because they are just scams ready to happen once you start winning anything with them.
This is a very sad state for these customers who put any bitcoin into these lining these scam artistos pockets.

You are 100% correct, i am even suspecting both the casino and the operator, it seems they know what they are doing. Casino support will tell you to contact your operator... your operator will tell you to contact the casino and you are placed in a confused state. Cloudbet can't scam me and just go away with it, like i told them, i will make sure i destroy their scam website and warn people to stay off. I wish bet365 can start accepting bitcoin, i wouldn't have even considered a useless website like cloudbet in the first place. Bet365, williamhills, and other top websites should start accpeting bitcoin and save us from all these useless websites.

Keep all the chat logs and emails being received and sent. They will tell you there was no contact but as long as you have the proof then you have something to show for it if they do.
You have screen shots or video captured of those live roulette games and bet's with the bet id's on the screen. They always ask for those and having the screen shots will give you the advantage in your case against them and to recover what is owing to you.
Post an example of those screenshots here in this thread. So to validate the issue you have complained about so others may help you with this claim. In order to expedite in getting your payment sent if they are truly liable.

Never tried online gambling but this is just horrible how they'd run off with people's money like that. I'm not surprised though, plenty of unscrupulous people in this industry. I'm from the Philippines so I know how shady it can get. Every know and then the police here would catch illegal Chinese aliens operating online casinos in some rented condo unit or apartment. That's probably how easy it is. Set-up shop, run-away, rinse, repeat.

I don't really have videos but i have screenshot of the conversation between myself and the casino support. They even give me all the game ID'S because i was actually accusing them of stealing my money until they told me that my money is with my operator. That casino software EZUGI always have problem not like EVOLUTION. I always win with my strategy and may be they are afraid of me. Even when they play tricks, i still end up with good profit. I will fight them till they return my money. I have gone to askgamblers.com to lay a complain. I will give them tough time.
