When world does not suit for living people starts migrating towards Mars. If that happens initially dollar will be one that gets used.

There would no money on Mars because many wars began because of money. The Earth is not a good place to live for centuries. People would live in Mars shouldn't use money. In additon they should interchanging if they want to live Mars in peace.

Maybe yes or maybe no, first of all we have to first reach and colonize Mars and if we are successful then I think it will be the US dollar that we would have to use on Mars and nit Bitcoin. If it has to be Bitcoin than it is upto the government.
