Wasn't this the same slots game that Cloudbet advertised and promoted as the largest win ever of a casino game of theirs?
They sent out emails about it and even promoted it on this forum.
So they are now trying to rake back on this game because of that with these so called "errors" or "bugs" in their system?

Seems like Betsoft has been cheating these slot wins a lot lately. If any of you remember, there was the guy who won ~500,000$ on betcoins slot machine. Betsoft was then giving out bullshit excuses that freespins don't count for the jackpot, so betcoin refused to pay the jackpot. Yeah right, Betsoft is not credible now as slot provider. Personally i avoid all their slot because of that incident and i also experience some bugs on their slot that's why i highly encouraged to avoid their slot as much as you can. I'm strongly disagree about their explanation which is not stated on their rules before someone hit the jackpot on their free spin. Just try other slot like endorphina.

This is why I don't play slots anymore than I used to before, the same thing happened to me but on a different software provider it was booming the game crashed on me after hitting 5 scatters then when I return back to continue the game my scatter win wasn't saved.

What a pathetic answers from 4grinz.com support. Players should avoid playing to casinos like that which put all the blame to their game provider when an incident happens. It is invalid to say that they are out of this. They run the game on their site and it's part of their responsibility.

To propagate this I think it's better for you to make a topic too on the scam accusation sub forum.

A scam accusation should be the appropriate move here. This should inform the public of what happened to OP. It's really bad to see glitches and errors on a game that went sour when people hit jackpots. It's like offering a candy then when they realize they want it back they take it from your very mouth. This issue destroyed a lot of casinos' reputation.
