a name i did not see in your list is Mt.Gox , you can buy a greendot reload at walmart or whereever and have those funds deposited into your account @ mtgox hope this helps.

I looked into the GREENDOT CARDS FROM WALMART, but on the internet, I saw at greendot at twitter, that they are saying that the Greendot cards are only being sold to people in the USA, and I am not in the USA.

Last I checked Dwolla is USA only as well...
