CGMiner 3.0.0 missing driver-avalon.h from ck's tarball

Hi forum,

Sorry that I could only post here as I just registered and not able to reply to the right post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.0

The tarball here:
http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/cgminer-3.0.0.tar.bz2

does not compile due to
cgminer.c:50:27: fatal error: driver-avalon.h: No such file or directory
 #include "driver-avalon.h"

I've tried the git tag and it works pretty well.
