I load your PayPal with CC's. Instant $3.4k. You then cash that out the way i tell you, via Walmart money-centre and keep $1k to yourself.
No chargebacks will happen for atleast a week, almost guaranteed. Rarely ever get chargebacks, sometimes never do, as the money is from old, limited paypals and aged cc's.

So we are commiting fraud by doing this? I'm pretty sure these cards aren't yours, are they?

Carding is  against the forum rules. I would advise to lock this thread, and move it.

 This is not the right forum to do such things on, as you can get into serious legal issues by doing this, and chances of being scammed by this user with 3 posts is extremely high aswell.
