I mean I IMPOSSIBLE can only get 0.5 FC / block found with 3 mHash I switched to your pool.

You have to give it at minimum 24 hours to report properly.

I started mining almost an hour ago, this is how my CGMiner looks, is this normal? My stats are here:

UPDATE: sometimes (every like 10 mins) there is a share accepted, is it normal to be so little?

Paste your config file or command here for cgminer.

Use a 64 work-size and set queuing to 0.

I don't know what card you are using but that intensity seems a bit high.

I would adjust your settings until you get a good share upload rate indicated by U:
