help me create an online wallet

I'm planing to create an online wallet to which this also have an explorer page like explorer.domain.com. This is like blockchain.info but I'm planing a different coin. I've already bought a domain for it. Help me decide on something because I'm no coder, is there a github or a script that I can use and modify it for the coin I want? If there is an existing script, how much do I play for a coder to customize it for me?
