April 16th - discover wire was REJECTED
April 16th - open Dwolla account and send money intending to use bitinstant
April 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st - waiting
April 22nd - money arrives but now Dwolla has disappeared from bitinstant pull down meny
April 22nd - sends support request to Dwolla

I'm from California myself, and this has absolutely nothing to do with the people. It's the exceedingly stupid regulations and the out of control government that are the problem. Being American (ie, a citizen) and being physically located in the US are the main conduits through which US Gov't evil sin and depravity end up infecting your own life.
