Ok.. I gotta ask, is this script kiddie stuff legit?

There's very little traffic on gox, yet it's lagging??

Are they being DDOSed?

Sure, the lag's only a couple of seconds, but why any?

it would probably help if mtgox could actually use a decent machine and internet connection. perhaps even hire some decent ddos protection.

the amount of trades that happen could be done on an excel spreadsheet and copied and pasted quicker than gox's "state of the art" exchange operates.

Floating connection limits and API key disable is not DDOS.
