I want to buy your $300 BTC-E Code for $306 PPUSD. I will be using a 100% Legit verified Paypal account.

I can also buy 3x $100 Codes for $102 each.

2% gain in contrast to a risk of a refund, maybe even a year after the transaction. No thanks. Way too easy to scam or to get penalized by PayPals virtual currency hate.

I would also like to buy btc with paypal too. But the reversible nature of paypal made a lot of sellers stay away from it...Good luck OP.
