Planned or impulsive gambling?

No i don't look at time or dates to gamble, when i feel bored and have some bitcoins that i can afford to loss than i gamble for few minutes. I don't think anyone will make schedule for gambling

Most of the sports gamblers on this forum bet almost on all weekends because that's when a lot of sporting activities go on and so if I set my bankroll to be used on available matches every weekend, you sit somewhere and tell me you don't think anyone will schedule when to play games?

I usually try to plan but I'm not good at this. That's why I have some friends on the forum and I gamble with them and we all play a game that wants to give us a bet. I usually play money if there is no other way of playing according to him. Sometimes I can bet randomly, it may change according to the moment.

Being planned gamblers must be the right way of doing gambling in my opinion because by planning you can be in control with your gambling activities, yes without getting addictions.

Is this topic for some kind of research or you are going to build a website using such research. Anyway to answer your questions most of the people like to. Bet heavy on weekends. Why you might ask, people are relaxed, they want some thrill and that's the only time people actually have. I like to play when I am on the house or in the mood. And my favorite sport matches are up. Then I would like to play and try and get a Victory. I am sure most people will agree that weekend betting are the best bets.

You can't say that because there are guys who plan their gambling.
I have a few friends who are quite professional and they do no gambling unless they find a sport bet where they are confident enough.

And hence they usually win also, because all of us analyse some games better than others, no ? And hence I would say there are guys who do planned or scheduled gambling. Though I am also among impulsive/random gamblers.

There are really guys do have these behavior and you are right they are making plan on when they would gonna play,i know some people that are the same with your friends which they set a particular date on when they would gonna play gambling but results are just the same sometimes the won sometime they arent and this is not my playing habits better to go random.

but the winning loss ratio doesn't depend on your emotion, if for that day you are unlucky you will lose no matter what you plan to do or not, some times perhaps it seems that emotion influence your luck, but i'm not sure about this, i see that when you are relaxed you have chance to win more, but maybe that was also it just pure luck

Random. When I had free time I'd do it yet it also required money so If I have that too I'd gambled my money but that's a past.
The best time to gamble is when you have free time and in good mood, it also avoid you for being greedy.

That's a interesting question, and I think that will be also one of the big differences between professional gamblers and recreational ones.
I only gamble when I feel the mood. Don't have any type or plan, because it's a hobby to me, so every time I want to do it, I just make a few bets, or play some poker with friends. I used to have a planned day for live poker with friends, but now we don't do that anymore.

Hmm maybe randomly but most the time im gambling at weekends because i likes bet on sport betting even honestly i never planned when the time for me to gambling more precisely when i have money then i will use for gambling.

My own case is not about mood alone as I can do my gambling anytime and any location so far I have access to the internet. Aside that what determines when I will play is really the availability of funds I can afford to lose before venturing into gambling so far that is settled, then I am good to go, whether mid-night or early in the morning.

This seems a plan to me   Breaking it down, the only trigger point for your gambling is the fund that you can afford to lose.  So meaning your plan is always like that.  Though I can understand if you will deny it and believe you since it is your way not mine .  Mine, I plan both the money, time and location if it is offline, while money, time and convinience when online.  I play when I know that there will be no one bothering me while I am gambling lol.

The most important thing when considering whether to plan your gambling is whether the game is purely based on luck or based on skill.

If it's based on skill, you should plan it in advance and consider how to best win the game and do well.

If it's based on luck, you can bet impulsively because realistically you're only doing it for fun (unless you take it too far and lose a lot, in which case you need help).

For me its both kinds, I mean when I have some sports in sight like I know a match would be played between Federer and Djokovic then I would plan my gambling but when I have no sports in sight I just gamble randomly with dice and that really is random.
Though sports betting has not given me enormous profits but believe me, its much better than dice.

I prefer planned gambling. Being impulsive tends to catch me off guard i.e. unprepared to face the sudden wins or losses, unsure how much to bet and what my "waste cash" is at the moment.
I have played with friends a lot and walking into a casino drunk for "a quick one" always ended bad. I expect it might be similar with online gambling.
