Planned or impulsive gambling?

I used to gamble a lot back then. Never had any fixed time/schedule to gamble. Used to gamble whenever i wanted to or whenever i felt boring, needed some fun or when i was in good mood and wanted to win some money (didn't matter if i lost lol.).
All the actions i take mainly depends on my emotion and mental state lol.

That's how I do it as well when I lost a quite a big amount. I use to think that it doesn't make a difference whether I make a plan or if I gamble on a whim but as I look back, I lost more during those times that I gamble randomly. It seems that I get too careless then than those times that I plan my gambling. So as per experience, there is a big difference with planned and impulsive especially with how you'll control yourself

The only thing you can plan about gambling is the moment when you start gambling. If you got the backbone gene you can also plan the moment when you will end.
That is basically it, you can't plan anything else. When you will break your initial rules, and continue to gamble, because you lost or feel lucky - that is no longer planned gambling.

Not all the time planning is good. I would rather go with an impulsive way of gambling rather than with a planned gambling. Because if I'm planning my way of playing, most of the time I can't even follow my plan. And that will be useless so there's no more planning as if in the end, it turns out that I'm gambling impulsively.

Yeah I guess, because in this way, you could avoid too much losing of money, because if you are planning when you are going to gamble, the chance of losing is higher than not planning it at all. Just like the other says, do gambling just for fun and not to dedicate all of your time and efforts on it, because you are just going to be addicted to it.

well at thr least its better to have a plan even if you can't follow it to the point. it would prepare you toat least emotionally and that would help you to make better calculated decisions compared to impulsive gambling where it may be a bit more exciting but you're likely to make more mistakes

I think planned gambling will not work, and i agree that we have to make some plan before playing any gambling games. But this applies only for regular gamblers. Yes, they will play daily, and they must need one proper planning otherwise they lose money. But for fun gamblers, this is not required if plan and play mean we will not get fun and we will not get a chance to enjoy the excitement of the game.

I preferred with planned gambling i always play gambling every weekend because im busy at school every weekdays i don't say that im more luckier at weekend but the energy i had to play more planned gambling will work other believing that impulsive gambling is much better than your planning for your own lose in gambling. I can say i have unique strategy where i can manage to win.
