Sorry to say buy if you mine in a office space, you better have have air conditioner running 24/7 else you will have hardware failures and if you run AC 24/7 then your profit margin will evaporate into thin air.
Just some numbers for you to crunch.
Each GPU will be pushing around 60CFM of hot air at a mean temperature of 68C, that is about 3600 cubic meter of hot air an hour, an typical room of 20 meters x 20 meters x 12 meters will have a about 5600 cubic meters of air, that is each hour you need to circulate about 65% of the total air. A 1.5Ton AC will have an CFM of around 600, that is about 36,000.
Single GPU : 60CFM
Six GPU : 360CFM
6 GPU Total : 21,600/hour
AC : 36,000/hour
It will hold but the moment you double the GPU you will be running red so I would suggest you find a good ventilated place and do it.
As for as power consumption is concerned a typical Rx 480 will consume about 140W(worst estimate) so each hour a 6 GPU rig will consume about 840w that is 0.84 units, and for 24 hours you will get 20.16 units for 60 days 1209.6 units, with an average electricity cost of 6.3Rs/unit you will be paying 7620Rs for 60 days for the rig alone.
