The server is overload because a million orders have made just in a second. and i think the problem already resolved by the poloniex itself. Too many the people are angry on the polo troll box. but polo has made announcement about that.

i saw a link to twitter which i think was poloniex twitter on reddit, that said they were under DDoS attack.

although it is up to you whether to believe it or not. i say it is only coincidence once or twice but when it happens every time Ethereum is starting to dump that is no longer coincidence

Well I think you don't worry about this situation because what I know poloniex be managed by professional developers,
 I am sure this problem will be fixed soon usually it take about 48 up to 72 hours
 we must be patient wait until there are updating from supports of poloniex

What are you implying/suggesting here? are they manipulating alt markets such as Ethereum? or they are trying to prevent further dumps?
Bigger the exchange greater the temptation, people really start to think more than being idle with their brains.
