There is absolutely nothing in the subject line of this thread that lets Charlie, or anyone else at BitInstant know that they should read it.

Perhaps either posting in the BitInstant Support thread, or putting the word "BitInstant" in the subject line of this thread would increase the chances that they'll actually see your complaint?
