It has actually changed a lot i remember in 2014 or something i saw a video on youtube on how to mine bitcoins i knew it maybe useless but you simply to try. That person explained everything on how to mine calculate electricity fees , he was also giving away i think 0.1 btc and that time the value of it was 30$ i guess. And then years passed on and bitcoin touched 1000$ i never really knew bitcoin could do something like this bad then. That was a really big mistake i made but i don't regret because i didn't expect anything like this would happen in future.

When i started this bitcoin journey i never believed in the economic structure as well i was busy with my business end and i started concentrating after 2014 when i heard that the valuation had reached an all time high and during that period i was learning about all the aspects and then i saw the price going down just like that and end up at $240 or around that price and even then i was not sure that the price would reach $1k level once again but i started purchasing small amounts and the last few months were the golden time of bitcoin where it tripled my valuation and sold off everything when it hit $900 during holiday season thinking to buy again and i had to wait till now to buy back again and still i am not sure whether it is a good buy ,either way i am in profit.

When I first heard about it I saw it as a way to make a quick buck. I didn't know why people were buying it, but the volatility was so tempting.
I started reading about it and got really interested with the technology and the way it operated outside the banking system. The more I read the more I liked the idea and here I am, no longer trading my coins, just holding and hoping for it to become much more popular.

When I heard about bitcoin I was very skeptic.
I didn't trust it much and almost forgot about bitcoin.
When I heard again about bitcoin, and heard stories how many people earning good money with bitcoin, I became curious and started research.
Very soon I realized that bitcoin is not just some kind of virtual money, or new payment way, but more like way of life.
First time ordinary people own money and their financial future.
We have great opportunity to change our lives and get rid from greedy banks, governments, tax offices etc.
I really looking forward to day when I will have enough bitcoin to start new life, free from everyday stress at work and in society.

Before coming into the bitcoin world i was very much active with the stock market and in the beginning it was really hard for me to understand the market situation and how they evaluate things but then i started to stick with the basics because in this world with every FUD there is a movement in the market so you have to be clear about it rather FUDs wont move the market in the real world. Well 4 years ago I was not the kind of dude who will save money and keep it for long since I am fascinated with other stuff and what's important for me is that how would I impress other people with what I make. Ever since I got my hands on bitcoin I started to feel like I need to save in order to get more. 3 years after here I am now, being so thrifty that I only find satisfaction in getting money and it breaks my heart to spend money every time.

My first experience with Bitcoin was not so good. Most businesses I got interested in happened to be scams and the price of Bitcoin was going down fast. I had some money invested but all my early ones seemed to turn into losses. I decided to hold and not care about the price, hoping that it will slowly recover and it did. Now I'm happy that I got into Bitcoin and I hope it continues to grow.

Well at first was, as with probably some more people here, the thought of getting some quick big money and yes those were the faucets back then lol but as the time passed, I've became interested in cryptography, programming and trading. So now that's my main hobby, and also provides me some money on the side to cover some bills. :p

So overall, from quick money to an interesting hobby.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

Bitcoin has changed everything about my financial life. It's made me locate other streams of income, it has shown me how to send remittances globally at competitively low rates. It's granted me 24/7 accessibility to my funds in my wallet and has ensured my anonymity when I gamble online so basically I'm free to do a lot since my introduction to Bitcoin.

I started bitcoin as a fun activity where I can made some money, but after a long time I am in bitcoin world there are so many people like to used bitcoin and there are so many industry still hasn't been touched by bitcoin, so I think there are so many things that still can be developed using crypto currencies, now I see bitcoin as business opportunities

I was excited when I inquired about bitcoins and I made further research Then I realized that a lot of opportunities abound in Bitcoin I  inquired about how to get satoshis using faucets but the satoshis I earned in faucets was very small and time wasting I was discouraged but when I came across this site I got a lot of information on how to earn Bitcoins Then my attitude changed for better.

what was your attitude when you first got into bitcoin? was it to get rich quick? make some dollars? learn the tech?

and how has it changed the more you've learnt? did you go from a moon kid to a serious scholar of the tech or even more of a moon kid than before?

i started off as interested in the dollars, then got more and more fascinated by the whole world around it, now i think i'm starting to come out the other side a little.

the more i've learnt about this scene the more screwed up it seems and i don't see how it's gonna cure itself. there's money to be made but i might be doing it no longer believing in its immediate future.

cryptocurrencies will never go anywhere but i'm starting to think what's around us now will be looked back on as the experimental and growing pains phase rather than anything that directly survives and is built on into the future. uncool but from the heart.

what about you?

Definitely in my case it is to get rich quick.

I strongly believe that a lot of other people have started the same way as i started, naive, immature, thinking bitcoin is the way for them to get a million dollars in no time, thinking that they have the perfect strategy in gambling, etc etc.

I first looked at bitcoin when i looked at options to gamble anonymously online, as a result i came across sites such as PrimeDice and Just-Dice.

I was spending up to 6 hours a day on these sites just reaping faucet and chatting away, and when i had that 0.1 BTC i would deposit and lose it all.

Definitely not a good idea to gamble, there is no perfect strategy. House always wins.

However bitcoin gives you the opportunity to essentially bet against the gamblers as well, which means that you can be the house. That way, you can win in the long run instead of losing all the time.

About two years ago I entered in the bitcoin but I was totally stupid in this field .
One of my friend at Facebook which belongs to the different state , explained me about the bitcoin .
Once he said that a site cheated with him then j Became fully fear that if a site can scam a fully experienced person then what I am , at the same time I exited from the bitcoin but again I entered in this field after a long study about its advantages .
I entered in the last of the 2016 again and I see that there is a legit way to make money from the trading and Mining ( hardware and cloud from hashocean that ran away with scam Sad )

I have learned a lot from using bitcoin.

The biggest lesson I've learned is: never invest in ponzis.

My first usage of bitcoin is when I looked at this supposedly amazing program which mined oil from the Middle East and produced amazing returns that accounted to something like around 20% per week.

I was thrilled to hear that, i spent all my days investing and reinvesting, until eventually the program died.

I think this told me that there will never be a free lunch in this world. Everything comes at a cost.

Honestly I entered into bitcoin as a payment processor because I ran few online freelancing jobs and few of my employees asked for bitcoin payments. After that I came knowing about this forum and find many earning opportunities associated with bitcoin ecosystem.

Now I believe I can make dollars with bitcoin related things toward the journey of finding myself richer (but not in quick time, I am sure). When we are coming across more opportunities, it is obvious that our attitude will get changing over time.

I had dollar signs in my eyes at first. I quickly discovered something I never expected; that the ability to print money is perhaps the most influential form of power there is.

And when I discovered how that power has been abused, and how the abuse is hidden from the public, I've never looked back.
