I have antminer s9 11.85

I try to factory reset but the hash board oxxxxxxxxxx

what can i do ....

The board is dead. Either send it to bitmain under warranty or bitmain-warranty if its out of warranty for repair.
Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
