As Coin Cloud Moves To Spread Bitcoin ATMs Across The United States. Considering the emerging opportunities in the US for Bitcoin as an alternative financial option, as proven by the activities of already installed BTMs, Coin Cloud plans to continue its rapid expansion nationwide.

With over 15 Bitaccess BTM kiosks, Coin Cloud claims to be the largest Bitcoin ATM (BTM) operator on the west coast.

We don't have Bitcoin ATMs in our country and very few online stores are accepting this currency. It would be great if there could be a bitcoin ATM that would convert the currency at the real-time price and not charge any fee but most ATMs do charge conversion fee which is too high to pay and afford. Till the acceptance is not wide, it's not worth using a Bitcoin ATM.

Yes of course I will be happy to use one with conditions though, if the cost of collecting the card is not much, if the amount of withdrawal fess is not too killing, if the amount of withdrawal is not limited with unnecessary conditions, and finally if my fund is secured and the ATM card can be used for online transactions with all this being fulfilled, I am using the ATM fully without reservations...

It will be fun to use bitcoin ATM's here in my country since most of the people here are using fiat and credit cards. It will be unique if I'm the only guy or we are few to use that bitcoin ATM. But too bad that I haven't seen around that ATM here in my place and if that happens I will be the first one who is going to try it.

As I know, there are only one bitcoin ATM in my country and it's 80 kilometres away from my city. If in my city would be bitcoin ATM, I don't think that I would use it. These ATM's charges too big fees. Maybe they will lower their fees in future, but now it's not worth to use it. Now I prefer to exchange btc on local exchange and get money to my bank account or sell it to one trusted person.

Same as here in my country and i think we are living in the same place where only 1 BTC ATM.
I am hoping honestly that They can increase the amount of BTC atm here in my country because sometimes its hard to withdraw bitcoin in some banks.
There is no fees when i am withdrawing but the place where i am withdrawing sometimes is close or temporary. the other alteranative withdraw method it takes more hours or day before you can receive. instant withdraw is always my priority when i am withdrawing..

Decided to end it with zer0 profit.

Closest bitcoin ATM where I can go is 300 km far. I didn't have need to go there for years, last time I was there I didn't know about bitcoins. Next time I will try bitcoin ATM, I saw couple times on YouTube how it's easy, and I wish to try that.
Even they have higher fee then some other ways yo purchase bitcoin, I find that ATM's are good thing for people to get some bitcoins easy and anonymous, and without much bothering.

You're lucky u have bitcoin ATM in your country although its 300 KM far away  Smiley We do not have yet this facility in our country . I hope our government also take steps to start a BTC ATM in our country.
Bitcoin ATM are basically internet machines that allows a person to exchange bitcoin to cash, some of them offer both ways, they allow you to buy bitcoin as well as sell them for cash, and that is a really good things to have in some places, but unless there are shops near you that accept bitcoin as a payment method otherwise you really don’t need them because they take a lot of fees and the exchange rate is low compared on what you can get from other exchange sites like local bitcoin.

Bitcoin ATMs are no new thing anymore and I think many Bitcoin users are familiar with them and are frequently using it. In my country there are few of them placed in biger cities and are well accepted. So far I haven't heard that people had bad experiences so, yes, I would use them although I prefer some other ways to get Bitcoins.

I have heard of it many times here in this forum. And also I heard one of my friend told me that we had Bitcoin ATM somewhere here in my country, which is very easy and convenient to use, where I can withdraw bitcoin then the machine will dispense the amount according to amount I withdraw to our currency,. but til now I never try it so far, though i'd like to experience it Embarrassed

How does bitcoin ATM actually works? It must not be similar to fiat atm where you swipe ATM card, enter amount and get currency.I am intrigued about its working as bitcoin is not physical currency so what do you get when you use bitcoin ATM?
Here's one of the video about how bitcoin ATM works especially in singapore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lqyuit570A8
You can buy bitcoin with your fiat through this machine or convert your bitcoin to fiat, i personally would not use bitcoin ATM due to the fee that they provide is too high for me also it's really far from my area. What we get when we use bitcoin ATM? i think there is no difference between using Bitcoin ATM and buying bitcoin directly from your local exchanger, just in my opinion.

 Grin

Who lives in a country like mine will not have this opportunity so soon, maybe 30 or 40 years from now

I've never seen these ATMs, but at one time I've heard about them and I was curious,

What are the advantages of these ATM bitcoin, I mean, have bitcoin online wallets that offer mastercard cards that you can use in many ATMs

Do you need to create an ATM bitcoin?

I'm sorry for my ignorance, but I do not understand the advantages of ATM bitcoin

I've heard that there are some Bitcoin ATM's in some major cities, but I don't think there are any where I live. Does anyone know how to find out where they are all located? I would be interested in using one if I could find out where they are.

I think until now bitcoin ATM is still be best way to allow newcomers to acquire small amount of bitcoin, although the rate is a bit expensive.

Besides, it can also serve as an advertisement in the public places.
i do not think that we need for any bitcoin atm, we can use our online wallet any time and anywhere, i think when the number of bitcoin uses will increase then the idea of bitcoin ATM may work a little but stil i do not think that a lot of people will appreciate this idea.

Correct. And we do have our ATM cards for this, but not bitcoin ATM. We store our bitcoin in our online wallets, and if we needed some cash, we are converting some of our bitcoin into fiat and then transfer it to our ATM account, for us to withdraw it. Though, having this Bitcoin ATM is also a good idea, but I think that it is not necessary to have one because we have ATMs, what we do need is bitcoin bank, in my opinion. Smiley

Yes I will use bitcoin ATM. And I am of the opinion that bitcoin ATM should be made popular through advertisement. Bitcoin ATMs are a tremendous way for newcomers to be exposed to Bitcoin, and easily experiment with it without the pre-requisite of setting up an online trading account. This will make bitcoin accessible to large audience.

Yes, I will use a Bitcoin ATM, why not?
For example, I'm in a new city (or country) and quickly need some cash.
What options do I have?
If I have funds in my btc wallet, and some bitcoin ATM is near, I'm sure that I will visit this ATM and withdraw my bitcoin funds.
It's simplest way to get funds, really.
Can you do something like this with Paypal?
Other online payment processors like Payza, Stripe, Neteller etc.
No way.

BTC atms will never have any success, because bitcoin itself didn't go mainstream. They're sole role is marketing.

Exactly, to compete with bank ATM it seems difficult, because there is already evenly and in all places. People will not want to queue up at the ATM bitcoin, moreover if there is bitcoin ATM then the function bitcoin is equal with fiat money.

Why not if there's any available facility in my area, its a big help for emergency purposes and you need money in an instant withdrawal but considering high fees, withdrawal in btc atm maybe become limited.
