Yes. If they promise something the give back with interest and they didn't I think that should qualify a team a scam. But what my concern is who are they and have they developed something related to crypto before this boscoin before?

Its going to be something worth if they have already made a successful project before, if not. Its going to be something they are not capable too.

I will like answer to this question raised by Spoetnik. The term seems to be relative now in my opinion.
I think what is happening now in the space is over-valuation of most of these platforms, because it a project that has no platform yet can raise $3 million and still looking to come to the public for another funding without any product yet begs question.
