Hi there http://itdevlab.org is the company who created the ICO page we told them they can put their link there to help them out and with publicity . But yes its not working I will tell them to remove it until it is at least working.

He showed an interest in hosting and managing the Australian Local Bitcoins but the last month we have lost all contact for some reason. We do have other people interested in managing it also so its not problematic. But I can assure you it isn't a dummy name. We are updating the team profiles though with linked in links and for now we are taking Matthew off it until we hear from him again.

Yes thats right. Ethbits will use 40% of the profit from each site and distribute to the token holders. Actually we are also adding a new feature to the project which will make the % declared provably fair. It was an idea of Mikko Ohtamaa who is one of our advisors and we decided to implement it as soon as possible.
Ethbits Local will have separate Administrators/ Agents per country. There are a handful of applicants in each of the countries who are ready to start. Ethbits will start preparing the servers and get the sites running in approximately 4 weeks. Then if you go to www.ethbits.com there will be a IP address filter and you will be directed to an Ethbits Local determined by where you are.

Are you sure Bitcoin hardfork, speculation doesn't mean it is real. i think the adage that when you repeat something three times it tends to sound real. Bitcoin has not hardfork and the probability of that happening is still very low
