what is with the ico? saw since long time no update at https://bitrad.io/crowdsale/. is the crowdsale stoped or what is wrong?

ICO is taking place in 6 different stages. If I'm not totally mistaken 4 already taken place. Next one will be announced on bitradio forum or telegram.
No precise date released now according to my knowledge. But, from the experience of last 2, price on cryptopia was very close to ICO price.

A few last days something's wrong with the masternode. It stops working very often. VPN is alright, other masternodes are working fine on it. But Bitradio's MN most part of the day is "not in the list" and stopped bringing stakes at all...Does anybody face the same problem?

Yes, have you tried restarting (or just starting) it from the local wallet? And watch the debug.log output on the remote machine when you do so - it should say something like 'Node was successfully started, you can shut down the local wallet'.

Soooooo I just recently remembered investing in the crowdsale and got almost a MN worth of bro in one of the rounds....It was a time I was in between jobs and was pretty scattered... But I never had them sent to my Bro wallet. Now when I log in to their site (found my login info) I don't see them or the info anywhere. All the coins come from staking and payouts, and there was an ICO 1st round was successful and 2nd round the dev disappeared.

There have been a total of 3 out of 6 planned ICO stages.

As I know, there is no plannend 4th stage atm but the dev uwe work on the Roadmap 2018, he wrote in the telegram Group several (3) weeks ago.

Well, business people do not like to talk much. more do. I've been following the coin since November. and I remember that the developer wanted to leave the main job and take up the project closely.

It's been staking pretty good with not that many coins.  In the future, this may be a 10,000 sat coin so the stakes may be worth holding on to.  I can see how this is like Piggycoin which kind of has a piggy bank staking look to it, something to get more people into cryptocurrency.
