The Block reward is set at 5 BRO, 4 for streaming, 0.5 for MN and 0.5 for POS. The block time is 120 sec. I can't tell you how much stakes you will get with 1k because it depends on the network weight and the Luck you have.

I didn't know that this project was still alive. I'd stopped using bitradio when the dev is not active anymore and no more updates for a long time. But now that i see that the platform is still working, i think i'll start to listen again on some of my fave radio stations.

Yes, all accounts have to be activated manually, and we didn't thought we would get as much registrations so it can take a bit more time.

synchronization can take much time, depending on internet speed...
Have you tried restarting the wallet? Maybe try out web based wallet over at BTCpop, they accept small deposits...
