Yes - Poloniex handles the lending, and acts like a middleman, and takes a 15% fee. They auto-close trades to return the loan if the borrower is too far underwater and hasn't met their margin calls.

I've been lending there for a year and have had no problems.

My friend holds more than 10 bitcoins but all of them just sleeping in clod storage and he never thinks about multiplying it. I am not sure whether he is right or not because he is not an early adopter he bought few half and the rest were earned through freelancing. Still, he just wants to copy what Mr. Satohsi is doing.

When I do come across with people who are sharing about big returns from ICO/altcoin investments, I do think my friend is not smart enough at the same time he proved himself very right when we do see scams. Life with 10 bitcoins seems hard to take right decisions.

if i have 10 btc for now, i will surely make invest in freebitco.in as i know that the site is really legit and trusted and beside that, freebitco.in is one of the oldest sites that give free satoshi for every people and its still the best site until now. i still playing the faucet in their site although the rewards is still lower than the last month, i don't expecting to get much of satoshi but i only enjoy my time when i visit and play the faucet in that site.

The risk is suggested but not in excess, so never risk more than 1% from your savings and be sure 99% the investment is genuine! Something like use the features Stop Loss and Take Profit!

Bitcoin casinos, games etc are not investments, it is gambling. There is huge difference between those: when you gamble, you own nothing. When you invest in a stock, or a stock index fund, you own a share of the company or companies in which you invested. If the company is successful, you benefit financially.
