Two part question
1. is it normal for a coin that is doing a ICO to premie come coins for bounties etc?
2. What percentage of coins that have a ICO don't use an escrow? In that case, the funds go directly to them?
1. Yes it is normal because they can't pay bounties in bitcoin until they get some investment from ICO and have to pay in their own coin, so they will premine it.
2. Any crypto that doesn't use escrow for their ICO are not likely to get any interest from investors because we have already seen several crypto project turning into SCAM after ICO.
