Wirex is e-coin, but rebranded for mobile devices. I use their cards, you can also order a physical plastic card if need be. Pretty solid and trustworthy.
All you need to do is load the card yourself. So You'll save that 5 bucks extra you were looking to spend initially.

What is the minimum amount that  a card can be loaded with?

The minimum amount to load a card is $0.5 and the min deposit to your Coinizy wallet is $1. (You have to pay $0.5 to generate a VCC)
You put in the amount of USD you want to add to your Coinizy wallet, and then it asks you for a given amount of BTC.

When the transaction is confirmed (3 conf), you can add the USD to your virtual card balance. Once it's loaded you can use it straight away.

May I ask how long have you been using the service? Is it trusted? How do I know they don't run away with my money, is there any guarantee?

I've been using it for a few months, I was not aware of it before that. I mostly use it to pay small bills (mobile phone/online game subscription..)
I don't think I have had a huge volume of transactions there, but their website works and delivers what is promised.

I try to use it only with the amount of the bill I have to pay. I don't load more than needed.

My personal suggestion would be UQUID. They charge a very small deposit fee, and don't need any verification whatsoever.

I tried to pay with a different bitcoin virtual credit card provider, and it did not work. I was very disappointed until I tried UQUID, which worked very well. You can use them wherever VISA is accepted. I've paid multiple times through sites that use the PayPal credit card payment processor with no problems.

Coinizy might not be available in your country but I guess you can use their visa card wherever you are, if yes you can find someone with a Coinizy account ask him to buy you a virtual credit card, load it with $10 and then send you the info to use it as you want.
